Col. Robert Russell

Russell was Lieutenant Governor of Guernsey under the Earl of Warwick from 1643 to 1649. Afterwards he may have served in Ireland. (A Col Robt Russell was one of the Parliamentary commissioners for the surrender of Galway in 1652)
